Last week I wrote about a helicopter I purchased from www.thinkgeek.com . I’m gonna summarize this up – don’t buy it. Every detail written about it on thinkgeek is exaggerated. For example, TG lists it as 10 minute charge, 7 minutes of flying. The manufacturers instructions inside the packaging say 30 minutes MINIMUM charge, and 4-6 minutes fly time. The controls are poor, and insensitive and the frame is lightly glued together and falls apart easy.

I just ordered a green version of a USB charging RC helicopter from Think Geek. It looks pretty beast, I’m gonna have to review it when It gets here

How do the big companies get away with their poor service? I’d go far enough to say some Customer Support like micro$oft and to$hiba are THEIVES. Over the course of my life, I have been denied a laptop replacement and a xbox 360 replacement on a EXTENDED WARRENTY. Not accidental damage, factory defects. Why would you pay extra money, to increase the life of your purchase, if your purchase’s life cannot be extended by any means? Its like buying something that doesn’t exit. Meh. </rant>

Since I last posted, I was busy enjoying the economic summit at Montana Tech in Butte, MT. Speakers like Warren Buffet, Steve Balmer(CEO of Microsoft) and others came to give biography/speech’s, the video below is footage I captured from the CEO of Disney’s speech, the audio quality is bad so you have to listen carefully, but its pretty cool being able to see such a successful businessman in person. (If your ears begin to hurt, just turn it off and take a look at the screenshots below)

You ever wanted to play your xbox games on your pc? I know I have. It would be really nice being able to pop in halo 3 for a while, than go back to playing League of Legends. Origins has created a pc, with a integrated xbox 360. You can switch from pc mode to 360 mode whenever you like. Also, keyboard + mouse is sooo much better than using a gamepad.
