I’ve wanted to make one of these threads for a while, I enjoy trying to solve problems and answer questions; so if you have any you think I could answer, reply with it in a comment to this post!

You like to solve problems… I guess, as long as they are interesting. I found this blog though your thread in the LoL Forums, so my question/problem will be about it.
Try finding a “new” (or so old, no one can remember) Champion composition base, that is viable in top level play. With “base” I mean the various metas I’ve heard about by now, such as
- Tanky DPS
- Balanced comp (Tank, Support, AP, AD Carry)
Try finding them under the assumption, that it’s a 5 man premade, open for any new/old strategy.
Your asking what “Metas” or “team-comps” are currently viable for competitive play?
The most effective team comps I see right now are:
tank/heavy(ad)/heavy(ap)/range carry/support
as well as “aoe rape” <– still viable
aoe rape: amumu/malzahar/xin/kennen/corki ect.
Its pretty standard to have a minimum of two heavies, 1 heavy/tank is not enough anymore. 3 is generally optimal. AoE is still prevalent, just in different champs than it used to
